Terrorist Customer

Yesterday was the first time that I came into contact with a terrorist - yes a real terrorist! I was at work as usual entertaining stupid customers until this Aussie dude called in to report his printer problem. I proceed to assist him without suspecting anything. Moments after I hung up the call, I got an email from one of my company's trade compliance personnel informing me that the person I just spoken to is a suspected terrorist. I was then asked to call back this suspected terrorist to try and dig more of his personal information.

So for the next few minutes, I found myself transforming from a tech support specializing in entertaining idiots over the phone to a professional information gathering super spy! I went on to call back the suspected terrorist to unearth as many information about him as possible. I found out that he has been to one of the terrorist-infested country and his middle name matches the middle name of a wanted terrorist! Now I wonder why is a normal inkjet printer so important to a terrorist? Printing counterfeit money perhaps?
