Do you know what is the most important factor to consider when joining an organization? This factor is closely to your work performance, your work satisfaction and your comfort level at work. If you think that money is the factor then you are wrong because based on my observation, I can conclude that working in an organization with an awesome restroom far more important than anything else.

Now why is the restroom so important to an organization? Because it calms down those who are suffering from work related stress. Stressful people are not healthy for an organization. Besides that, the restroom is also the right place to satisfy all your needs and desires. By providing a place to release the stress and to satisfy all the needs and desires, the comfort level of an individual will increase eventually and hence they will be able to contribute more to the organization.

The restroom in my organization is an awesome place to be when nature calls because of it's 3 innovative design features. Firstly, the room lighting resembles that of a posh 5 star hotel making it's visitors feeling revitalize upon stepping into the room. The next feature is a picture of beautiful scenery hung on top of the bowl, making your peeing experience a pleasurable and enjoyable thing. Last but no least, small posters promoting our company's latest product hanging on the door of every room facing the toilet bowl is another marvelous idea by the designer because it helps to keep the upper part of the body sharp and focused even when working hard on the lower part of the body.
